Do not know why anyone would have a problem with this program. It works extremely well as advertised! It is one of the best compression programs available. Only thing that I do not like is, you may only put it on one computer, even MS allows 3 uses on most programs!! Otherwise like it very well.

Use only good media.

Use only quality media with this program. Read the media ID off the DVD and do a little research and choose quality rather the cost.

Pretty good all around

This is an easy to use program. You do have to have DVD43 or another dvd decrypting program to run with it. It has a compression feature which is very cool because you don't have to use dual layer dvds at all. it automatically compresses the movie to 4.7gb or less. All you do is put in a dvd movie and select where you want it saved and click start. You can also burn from your hard drive to dvd burner or do a disc to disc copy. One problem I have had was that it would not copy discs that were not in perfect condition. I am not sure if it is the software or my dvd drive that causes that. The speed is pretty good too. I have 1gb RAM and it takes about 15-25 minutes to copy to the hard drive and about the same to copy to a blank disc from the hard drive. I would recommend the Pro version over the lesser version because it has the compression feature.

I've used this software for about 7 - 8 months and have had mixed results. I can't get this program to burn anything. It fails every time. From the very beginning it failed, then with a lot of tweaking I got some successful burns... until I installed a new update, then right back to failed burns. I tried getting my money back, but all I got from support was excuses and what seemed to be... ''blame on the media I was using.'' It didn't seem like the company was into refunds. Beware! As a last attempt to get 1CLICK DVD COPY PRO working I also went to their forum and followed their instructions for DVD drives, but no go. I wish I never purchased this software. ...just money down the drain. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Easy to use! Copies whole DVD, menus and all. 1Click is very customizable! Lots of opinions to save space on the copy. Copys Episodic DVDs too with no sweat! Fast! Superior to other programs, (i.e.- 123 Copy)! Great for those ''backup'' copies for home viewing! Con: Only thing is that the copy is not 100% perfect in quality. One afternoon, (with too much time on my hands), I pain stakingly matched original and copy, frame to frame. The pixels on the copy were not as sharp as the studio product. I guess some lose is to be expected. (I am a stickler), but most people will never notice. Overall,if your are looking for a DVD copy program this is a good one!

have had this program now for 2 years. this is an awesome dvd copy program. yes you do have to have a seperate decyrption program such as dvd43, but any will work. I had x copy before this program, that program had the decryption built into it that is why is was ruled illegal and ended up being pulled off the shelf. support on this program is top notch and it auto updates with an internet connection.

Works as described,but does require a separate free download (dvd43) to fully function.
