Small, convenient and functional
It is not bulky, and is at hand. It take up very little real estate, but the trade-off is some minimal cable chasing; but at the end of the day, I can load what I need from any of my many drives salvaged from failed or rebuilt units; or that are used as convenient off line storage.

Fails to recognize any Hard Drive
I tried to get it to work on some old SATA and IDE drives. Shows up under Device Manager only otherwise does not recognize any of the drives. The little green light pops on then goes off. I have to return it.

Great product, must have.
A must have product. I have used it dozens of times and no problems. Only downside, and it's minor, is there are so many cables. Quick and easy to use and very convenient. Just plug and transfer, no more opening my tower and now my old ide drives are are used as external hard drives.

Data recovery made simple
I was able to transfer data from several hard drives that were pulled from dead computers over the years and get some very important files that were left behind. does not fit tightly into an IDE drive, but works if you don't bump or move the cord.
