Not bad
I'm on my 2nd CP100AVRLCD. The first one had issues and had to be exchanged. This one seems to work okay. Good price for capacity. The Mac software, still in Beta, doesn't work consistently. A fix for this is overdue.

Waste of money.
It does not kick in quick enough to protect your equipment. There is also no option to keep the battery on and charge it at the same time. In short, only as good as the protection warranty for it does not protect your equipment.

Inconsistent
That describes my experience. Sometimes it works when the power goes out, sometimes it doesn't. Happened within the first week of use. Also it doesn't give you the option to put the computer into hibernate when the power is out for a certain amount of time. So if the power goes out while your out and it shuts down before you get back ... no good. The usb connection to my computer is inconsistent as well; it comes and it goes.

The Product is Better than the Seller
I purchased two of these units for an oral surgeon's practice. As with the three others I purchased earlier (different model), both of these boxes were NOT sealed, nor were they packaged in an outer box. I don't know why shipping quality has slipped so far down but I'm not liking it at all. The good news is, the UPSs perform as they should and have a couple of nice features to make this a top product.
