I bought this scanner for my office and it was a little hard to get it to work with Windows 2000 professional but after an update to Windows it works great.

I bought mine 3 years ago for $899 I do a lot of scanning daily for a paperless medical office. It is going strong and has not broken down. I maintain it monthly with an alcohol pad to clean off the paper lint. Easy to install. Lots of features and I scan into PDF to make a small file. I do at least 100 scans per day. Fast back and front with color. Multiple pages has to be done in installments of about 10-20 at a time. If there are too many pages loaded then it pulls in 2 pages simultanoeusly
