Don't Really Know
Product was recommended by my new computer help guy to boost computer speed by boosting memory but Im not sure I really needed the product since I only do email socialmedia internet searches and purchases I see no difference in computer speed but that doesnt mean the product isnt working Maybe my computer helper was just guessing and guessed wrong

New life for an old laptop
I bought four of these and maxed out the wife's and my Dell D820s. It made a huge difference in the shared video memory because this is the fastest that the machine will use. It doesn't choke on videos or embedded videos anymore and there is no more drive caching. PNY rocks!

Good Upgrade
Replaced old ram and computer now run soo much faster. Now i have to upgrade to to win7
