From what I know, a low response time is better for gaming and video. Whats better for photo editing is a good old CRT monitor. They display more 'true' colors and still have better resolution than LCDs. I do have this monitor and love it, actually came back for another. I guess there is none left. There are plenty of guides on the net about the info you want. Hope you find / found what you were looking for. Answer by

There is a driver disk that comes with it if your computer doesn't have the option for 1440x900 resolution. 1440x900 is this monitors native resolution. To check if the resolution '1440x900' is available and to select it in windows.-Right click on your desktop.-Select the bottom button labeled 'Properties'-A box labeled 'Display Properties' will pop up.-Right below where it says 'Display Properties' on the box, there is several tabs. Click the 'Settings' tab.-There is a sliding bar labeled ''Screen Resolution''. Slide it until it says ''1440 by 900'' below the sliding arrow.Click 'Apply'.-It will change your resolution and a new smaller box will pop up asking if you want to keep it that way. If it looks right say yes. If your screen is messing up and you cant read it. Just hit the ''Enter'' key. It will go back to the way it was. Or wait 10 seconds, it will go back.Never set the resolution above 1440 by 900. It can potently ruin your monitor. -If it messes up do it again Answer by

This is my first widescreen monitor and I understand that things will be stretched. But when working with photoshop I need to see things a a proper unstretched resolution. is there anyway to do this? For example say i am working with a canvas of 8.5 by 11 on my screen it looks like a square. What do I do?! Ive tampered with all the monitor settings and just cant make it fit. Question by

Yes, although you might need an adaptor to go from VGA to DVI or vice versa. Answer by

The simple answer is no. Your Wii supports composite output or component output (up to 480P) and this monitor does not have inputs to accept these. A lcd tv would be a better solution, as it has the correct inputs.Alternatively you could purchase a VGA convertor, to convert your Wii output to a VGA connection. Unfortuneatly the output from the affordable versions of these devices is for normal aspect ratio screens (4:3) and would look terrible on a widescreen monitor. A more expensive convertor that would support upscaling and the proper ration would put you into the price bracket of an lcd tv. Answer by
