Its shape allows for a lower lens position for more personal, eye-to-eye contact. This enables you to talk to the other individuals with ease as there's no need to crane your neck to adjust to the web camera's position. Using RightSound Technology, it makes headset-free conversations possible as it cancels unwanted echoes during video calls.
The web camera is designed with a Carl Zeiss lens to transmit clear images and has an autofocus system so your images stay razor-sharp, even in close-ups. Seeing the caller in slow motion is finally solved with its high-definition 960x720-pixel video capture and a frame rate of up to 30 frames per second. The software is a snap to install and the webcam works flawlessly. The Carl Zeiss lens produces crisp clear images and video. The built-in microphone is sensitive enough to pick-up the normal conversation without any distortion. |

This product was very simple to install. It also comes with its own software to make video calls or phone calls. It is free for anyone having a cam made by this company. This unit is portable. It will not clip onto a flat screen (too wide), but will on laptops. But it comes with a stand to mount the cam on. So it can be used with the desktop and the laptop when traveling. I couldn't find the required information and called support. They were very nice, but hard to understand (I speak English). The information is on a tag on the cord (a 3 foot cord). So if you are running to a desktop, you may need an extension cord (I used one for this installation).
I gave the rating 4 because we have not actually used it, only tested. |

I bought this webcam for my pc. It was very easy to set up and use. Loaded the software and I was up an running in minutes. The features a good and the capture quality is great. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a webcam.
As I said earlier, I use it with my pc and I did find the cable to be too short, but I have an extension usb so that was not a real issue.
All around good deal and Logitech usually puts out a good solid product. |

I was looking for a quality webcam that wouldn't break the bank. This piece is a wonderful buy, and has great picture and microphone quality. Definitely a necessity if looking for such an item. |
