Inexpensive Starter Tablet

Great way to introduce yourself to using a tablet. Wi-fi is very low range.

Nice entry-level Android tablet

Purchased for my wife for reading and playing games. It's fine for those things. Big drawback is it does not come with google play store. Other android app stores are available but some apps are only available on google play, so be forewarned.

It works great, but....

You get what you pay for. I needed an inexpensive tablet that would work on the Android platform for an app I needed to use. It worked great. I read many of the other reviews and while a couple had hardware problems most just griped about the signal and to me that is foolish, because again you get what you pay for. If you want a fast tablet that can receive a signal from a distance this is not the one (you do need to be close to your wifi source when using the internet with this tablet). However, if you just need a tablet to let the kids play angry birds on, to use as a PDA, watch netflix (does this well when close to the signal), use as a great alarm clock, or to have for some Android apps as I did it works well and will take some abuse (my daughter is testimony to that) it is a very good value if purchased with some common sense.

wi-fiI helr

tablet works great for everything i need. the only draw back is the wifi only works one room away from the router. Might work better if you use a mobile network.

Wi-Fi Did Not Work

Wi-Fi did not work so I sent it back and received a replacement. The 2nd one wifi worked only when it the tablet was within 10 feet of the router. Very disappointed. Replaced with VLAND tablet.

not worth the money

had a few problems after reading the instruction and really had a hard time trying to get it running. returned the tablet and got a different make and hope this one will work better than the one I returned.

No good

Bought three of these as gifts for Christmas. The first one stopped working the next day. Screen froze. Then all three would not charge. Two months now and still haven't gotten ahold of company. Phone always busy. Doesn't return emails.

Love it!

This tablet was inexpensive, but it works great and does exactly what I need it to. One quick note: I found that the browser that comes with this tablet is a tad slow. I installed Opera Mini on it and it is much snappier.

For the price

I knew it wasn't going to be top of the line. Web pages load slowly, email even slower. I used it on a long flight and was able to watch movies during the entire flight, almost 2 full movies (before the plane landed, battery was still going strong). Could not get it to connect to any WEP secured network (the free ones where they give you the password) --- wpa2 psk networks seem to be fine, as well as my home network where my mac address is entered into my router with no other security.

A real review from someone who knows

Ok so this tablet does not come with google play. Who cares it does come rooted and a quick google search will show you how to install it. If you can read and follow 4 simple steps you can have the play store. The battery life is reasonable. I accidentally kicked it off the bed and across the room and didnt damage it. He is playing a game on it right now that locks my wifes phone up. Bad internet? No worse than most other tablets costing more than 5 times the price. $23 two year warranty for everything other than theft. Yes machspeed you get my vote.
