The worst printer I have ever owned

This printer goes through print cartridges like crazy! If you have a lot of money to spend on cartridges get this one, if you can't afford to buy new cartridges every 2 weeks then go for another model. This printer is also very noisy.

A jammer, won't stay connected to network

Do not buy! This is an unreliable headache machine. Worked ok for a few weeks, aside from a couple of paper jams. I was hoping for better for new out of the box. But then it started losing communication with the network. Would not work when connected back to USB either. Typically took shutting down the entire network and re configuring it's settings to get it to work again. Do that 4-5 times and buying another printer that works recovers your expense pretty quick. This has been my experience with HP equipment in recent years.

So far, just fine

We really have not used this printer much since buying it, but it seems to be just as good as an older HP Office jet that is still in service, except that this model has 2 better improvements; 1) it can accept a wireless signal if we wanted to print from a tablet computer, 2)it has 4 ink cartridges (1 Back, 3 color) that should reduce color ink cartridge costs compared to a single 3 color ink cartridge that needs replacement when one color runs dry.

PSCs Which Ones Are Good

Well with this officejet psc works very well. Much better then any deskjet or any of the Photosmart all-in-ones. This is a 9 on a scale of 1-10.!!

It was an okay printer when it workeded. But now it constantly jams. DO NOT BUY.

Easy set up

Set up of this printer was very easy, following dirctions. It does require connection to you computer using a USB, so ensure you have one. Individual ink color cardtridges reduces printing cost. Output looks good.

So far so good: Nice printer

I have this printer set-up using the WiFi and it was pretty simple. The set-up process required me to use the USB cable on a computer that was already connected to my home network. Using the USB connection, the printer copied the network info from my computer so it could connect to the network. It worked the first try and I only had to do it once. All the other computers in my house only needed to run the supplied software, which easily found the new printer on my network. Fax and copy functions work well, scanning requires the destination computer to be on so it can send the scan to the computer. There is no on board holding tank for scans. I also like that this printer uses multiple color cartidges so I only need to replace what runs out. Ink prices are less than $10 per color at this point so that is very reasonable. Ink usage is supposed to be 300 pages for black but I have not had it long enough yet to see if that is real. Overall a good product so far.
