Recently (last week) purchased a Acer Aspire 5050 and additional Memory. The laptop came with two 512MB PC5300 555MHz Memory Cards. I replaced one card with your recomended 1024MB PC4200 533MHz. It now shows a total of 1.25MB of Memory. I would like to increase that. Can I use PC 5400 667MHz? Why was the 533MHz recomended? What will be my total Megs of Menory if I add 2Mb to the 1024MB. Can I go to a higher Memory speed than 555? Why dont you have PC5300 memory? Question by

I've got an Acer TravelMate 291LCI. I have 512mb of PC2700 that came in it. Would I be able to install this Memory. Not sure if the speed difference would mess it up or not. PC2700 is still rather expensive. Was hoping this Corsair 2048MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz SODIMM Memory would work Question by
