This was one of the best home theater in a box deals I could find for under $150. I had no problems setting it up without the manuals, and very little issues with sound quality or rattle. However, the USB port doesn't recognize any device I own, and the aux-in ports all appear to be dead. Still waiting to hear from RCA about warranty repair availability. |

The price was the best I could find for this type of system. The surround sound adjustments were like higher priced units. Similar to another reviewer, I missed the cable attachment on this system and better FM reception. |

I purchased this unit a few weeks ago. I find that the volume is not that great. The FM antenna does not bring in many stations. In my previous receiver, I could hook up the cable to it, but this unit doesn't have anything to connect it to. All-in-all, its a pretty good unit. |

I just bought this system a few weeks ago initially for a small party I was having, but knew I could later use it for living room. I'm a very tech savvy female and hate reading manuals and would prefer the figure it out approach. It didn't take me long to get it up and running. I hooked it up to my laptop and used a music mixer software and was a virtual DJ in no time! It sounds great, looks great and is easy to use. The only thing I had to do was to go out and buy a small cord to hook my laptop to the system because it doesn't have a line-in jack. But it was only 14 dollars at a local electronics store. So a very small price to pay. Remote is laggy as the user mentions above, but overall, its well worth the buy. It arrived literally within days with only ground shipping. The shipping for ground was a little expensive. But overall I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase and will DEFINITELY purchase here again. I'm already looking into LCD TV's for my living room & kids rooms. |

Really nice system. Small speakers and a for all the features the reciever isnt that big either. Good sound too. My only complaint is that the amount of wires for the rear speakers is not near enough. If you buy this make sure you get some 18ga wire also. |
