No ink, no printer and has worked flawlessly for me. The only thing I had to change was the contrast setting to make the labels darker so my old eyes could read it. Aside from that, I've had no problems.

A little pricey but I love lightscribe. It is sooo much better than using a permanent black marker on your DVD's. Works like a charm.
