Nice sound

I had the 2 inputs from my computer and a CD player with one sub woofer output and 2 bookshelf speakers. Input 2 worked fine but no sub woofer on input 1. Don't know why .... so I bought a RCA switch and ran both into input 2. I was surprised that no one had talked about this in the reviews, and I read them all.

Not the Best,for the price it is still irritating

the sound clicks in for someone to talk, the musical score is not playing in the background. I don't no why it doesn't always do it but enough to be irritating.

Weak

I purchased this for two 50 watt, 2-way outdoor speakers (4'' woofer) I already had. I have not made the permanant installation yet, but in testing this amp with those speakers, I'm dissapointed in it's output. It claims 50 watts RMS per channel, but it does not have the volume or push I was hoping for. Very dissapointed. I can use it in my camper. Otherwise I would return it.

Disappointment

Amp looks nice and sturdy. However, the buttons are cheaply designed and are perhaps the worst buttons I have ever seen in a piece of audio equipment. I am speaking specifically about the speaker select buttons. They are rough and make a loud tapping noise when depressed. When the amp is swithced on, there is a loud thump as the relay kicks in. But the worst thing about this amp happens when you turn it off. There is a loud pop and thump that is so intense that I can actually see my woofer cone moving. I do not recommend this amp, even at $50. It is cheaply designed and not worth the $80 I paid for it.

Perfect size, great price, well pleased with the performance. It is perfect for my application.

Great Amp for Whole Home Audio

I bought three of these amps to power my in ceiling speakers in my home. They work just fine. I probably would not use them as my primary amp but for supplemental listening for my kitchen, living and dinning room they work great. Note: they will never need to play very loud so 50 to 60 watt is perfect. They are capable of more than enough volume to comfortably fill the rooms they are powering.

Great Deal but Poor Sound

I purchased the AudioSource AMP-100 50 watt stereo power amplifier because I needed two inputs. For $79.99 with free shipping it seemed like a good deal. I was using a Dayton Audio DTA-100a Class-T 50 watt digital amplifier. I connected my 2 audio components and I could not believe how bad it sounded. I removed the AudioSource AMP-100 and re-connected the Dayton Audio DTA-100a. I will use the AudioSource AMP-100 for non-critical audio applications.
