With the Motorola MotoROKR S9 Bluetooth Active Stereo Headphones, you can do things you never thought you can do with a standard headphone. Lightweight and wireless, you can movie freely with this piece of art on your head.
These headphones were made for people with an active lifestyle and those people who move a lot. You can use this for both calls and music, since most, if not all, cellular phones nowadays are equipped with Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth is what makes this device wireless. So, this is not only limited to phone use, but you can also pair this device with your laptop or desktop computer, as long as it is equipped with Bluetooth.
Plus, this is really enjoyable to use because you can literally forget that it’s there. It has a sleek, thin and ultra modern design which drapes behind your head. It fits comfortably that you can really wear this during work outs or any activity that requires physical actions. The S9 is water- and sweat-resistant, so you won't have to worry about wearing it during a hard workout.
This aerodynamic device weighs less than an ounce, which is probably the lightest headset you will lay your eyes on. Plus, its behind-the-head design isn't that bulky at all and it doesn't look too noticeable when worn. The front portion of the headset holds the power button and charger jack is probably the largest part of the whole headphone, at almost an inch wide! The ends connecting the ear buds narrow to a slim diameter of a quarter of an inch.
You wouldn’t have a hard time wearing the Motorola MotoROKR S9 Bluetooth Active Stereo Headphones, thanks to its smart design. The ear hooks slide on and off easily. The comfortable fit and the light weight make it barely noticeable, even for longer-wearing periods. But that comfort does not sabotage the quality. The fit is secure as well, plus the ear tips are made a flexible rubber which comes in three different sizes.
Hate confusions? So does Motorola. They separated the phone and music controls for this headphone, for the convenience of the users. A talk button and the volume control sits just near the left earbud. A music play button sits near the right earbud and is touch-sensitive for easy access to your songs.
Sound quality-wise, you have nothing to worry about. You will be impressed by its stereo setting, as well as the wide range of its volume. The sound is solid and clear, both for talking and music listening.
Motorola MotoROKR S9 Bluetooth Active Stereo Headphones fits perfectly the sound of your active, action-filled lifestyle.

price does not match performance.
when it does work, the features are nice
quality is piss poor. sweat resistant my *ss!
if a little moisture was on them you could not work the buttons, they worked themselves. the volume would rise and fall, you couldnt shut them off, kept changing songs. signal was good inside but outside my phone had to be on the back of my belt or in my back pocket, but if i bent over i would lose connection. just to be sure it was not my phone i sent it back, got another and the same cr*p happend. cant wait to hear motorola's policy of what is considered sweat resistant

I guess I don't sweat too much, which seems to be a big issue with some buyers, but as far as I'm concerned these headphones are SUPERB. I wasn't even expecting the integrated cellphone headset function, but it works as well as the stereo headphones function.
I've found that quality issues generally have to do with the transmitter (i.e. computer, cellphone, or bluetooth adaptor used with iPod or mp3 player) and not the receiver on the headphones. I use my S9 phones mostly with my HTC Kaiser (AT&T Tilt) and Sony Walkman w810i cellphones most of the time, and lately with my Creative Vision x-fi player and bluetooth adaptor. The Kaiser DOES suffer from drop outs once in a while for no apparent reason, but used with the Sony, the sound is incredible; clean and no problem with drop outs.
At about half the price you'd pay at an electronics store, you can't beat the deal here at tigerdirect.com - unless maybe you sweat alot

I've had these headphones for a month now, I use them while I work. They sync'ed very easy with my Sprint Mogul. I was hesitant in buying due to reviews saying not for Fat Heads (I am a Fat head). But after some gentle adjusting they fit great, and as for sound, mp3's never sounded as good as a great Boise sound system, but these sound good to me. Highly recommended, and the price is great. AT&T store $149.99, Best Buy close out sale, $99.99.

Not sweat resistant at all... had it for three months, first the right side buttons stopped working then all buttons had gone ''beserk'' switching songs and putting volume up and down repeatedly... great product, good sound with my Sony-Ericsson w710i, but NOT FOR WORKOUT AT ALL!!!
