Good option for SSD
Bought this for my desktop. Brought the Windows experience index to 7.2 for primary disk transfer. Not quite as fast as the Kingston HyperX I bought for my laptop, windows experience index of 7.6. But, still blazing fast.

Loads Windows 8 OS in 5 Secs.
WOW! My laptop (purchased here of course) loads so fast. Easy to transfer or copy old HD image using external HDD via USB. Place the SSD in the external case and download a free partition copying software. Format, Activate and copy. So simple!

this drive is great very fast very good i put it in a panasonic tough book cf 30 the boot time is 7 sec i recommend this to any one that wants the best of the best not only did it improve the over all computer performance but a SSD DRIVE you dont have to defrag eather if some one wants a fast drive for there laptop or just to improve performance for gameing you cant get any better then this drive its the best of the best.

Better than expected!
Big difference moving from a standard 1T, 7200rpm SATA drive to this 480SSD. My Win7-64bit used to take about 4 minutes by the time all drivers and profiles got loaded and stabilized. Now boot time is within 90 seconds. Programs launch almost instantly. Plug and play operation. I restored my original backup to the 480SSD through Acronis. No problems. Have this running over 3 weeks now without issues.

Great preformance improver
I purchased this drive about 3 weeks ago and installed it as soon as it arrived (about 3 days). My computer went from a 90 second boot up to about 20 seconds. Compressed files that used to take 3 minutes to unzip will now show in about 20 seconds. Apps now pop up instantly. I'm really glad the prices have come down to a point that the average person can now afford the speed inprovement. I'll buy another for my other system as soon as I save up the money. The drive was a simple plug in. I used a free-ware image cloning program to copy my C: drive to the SSD and then unplugged my old C: drive. No problems and I'm loving my preformance improvement!

Very fast
Bought one of these to replace a failing hd in my Laptop. It used to take half a minute to get to the login screen. Takes about 10 seconds now. Enough space that I only need an external for virtual machines. The drive is great.
