Just what the doctor ordered!
I used this for the first time today. I have used a couple of different Polar watches o er the years. The last one I used was the F11. This was easy to set up and will enable me to track my progress. I also just ordered the data link transmitter so I will be able to upload my training data to my on-line training record.
