Very Good Contemporary HDTV Mount
We bought this as our second Peerless SmartMount (the other was the silver model) where I work at a TV station primarily because it is an efficient design, sturdy and fits well in our cubicles. My silver SmartMount fits in a corner of my larger cube while this new gloss black one for my co-worker will sit at the end of his cube. I really like their appearance and they are a sturdy build. The only drawback is that the included mounting brackets are fixed to be straight, flat and non-adjustable which isn't really a big issue for holding large HDTVs that will be viewed some distance away, but just something to be aware of. We were missing a critical 'hook plate' in the package when it arrived, however dealing with Peerless was painless (pun intended) and they shipped a free replacement which we received in a few days. If you are searching for a sleek, modern mount that does the job and looks good doing it then this is it. Enjoy!
