I pluged my two external hard drives, my scanner, my multi-function (phone-scan-copy-print)unit, my label maker. All work fine.
What bothers me is the strong blue and red lights, if they can make them less bright, this devices would be perfect. |

Disappointing! I usually like this brand, but none of my peripherals was compatible with this. However, I was so lucky to be confused by what I thought was issues with my bios.. including the hub somehow directing the computer to boot to my external drive. I would have to remove the hub and reboot.
I was shocked by this, esp after all the glowing reviews. Also, my peripherals are very common ones... although I cannot mention the company name. I would understand if they were off market discount items, but they aren't. There should have been no problem with any! At any rate, I will be thinking twice before I buy from this company again... as I just had one stick of their ram die on me too! Sighhhhhh |

I purchased the Ultra stackable USB hub and the stackable 3.5 HDD Sata drive enclosure. Both items were made of very flimsy plastic and not held to gether very well. The USB hub would recognize devices only if I rebooted my PC. Not woth the extra money for a 'flashy' look. |

I was using a 4 slot hub that didn't satify all my needs. This Ultra Stackable 7-port USB hub has made computing more enjoyable.
I agree with one user who wishes all connections were on the back side of the unit. As it is I have the power cable and the initial USB output wrapped around it. |

What can one say about a USB hub - it's a hub. However - Windows (7) refuses to recognize my Maxtor external HD when it's connected via this hub. Works fine with a non-powered hub or plugged directly into the laptop. Other than that - this hub is working as expected and all other devices I've connected are working fine as well. |
