Great Air Conditioner for the most part
This is an excellent air conditioner for my bedroom. It cools quickly and much more efficiently than my central unit, but there are a few features that I dislike. The main problem is that the drain is too close to the ground. Also some of the buttons are only available on the remote. Great value overall though.

OK BUT NOTHING SPECIAL
Cools OK makes a funny clicking sound when it first starts up. Definitly worth the price.

Refurbished failed
Beautiful unit, full featured, arrived within 3 days of order Runs correctly for 2-3 minutes then compressor cuts off and the system is done until you restart it. obviously not fixed the first time I would still buy this new because it has great output without needing to upgrade to 220

Happy so far
Could not beat the price of the refurb - less than half what others charge for a new one. Cools well. Very easy installation. Some features are only on the remote, not the front panel. Would recommend to others.

Cold air
I have had no problems with the unit. It cools well, but I have not had power bills yet to see the difference. The only downside is the drain for the dehumid. is so low we have to lift it up on something to drain it & it fills up often.

Cold air but lots of noise
The unit does provide a lot of cold air. However, the compressor noise does wake us up at night. Too much noise from the unit when we are trying to sleep. Also, it does draw a lot of power.

Could not beat the Value!
The product arrived in a timely fashion. Installation was simple, as I had pre-cut a venting hole ( the same as a dryer vent) to accommodate the venting process. I'm not a big fan of venting through my new windows in my rental property. Worked great. I just wish there was a bigger model for coverage of 1000 sq. ft. unit. Great value from what a new one would cost.

The unit works exactly as advertised. Better than I expected. The only problem was the shipping container could not withstand the rough handling by UPS.

Not Quite What I Thought
It's noisy. It draws a LOT of power. It works extremely well. Working on the dehumidifier. That might help.
