Dont purchase if you have the newer i pad
It is for i pad 3 not the newer i pad It works fine but the battery charger is the mini USB not the new apple style so you need 2 chargers.

Nice Addition to my iPad
Needed a keyboard for taking extensive meeting notes and this fit the bill. Great finish and acts as a nice cover as well as a keyboard.

Love this keyboard
This keyboard is excellent! I shopped around for the best keyboard for my iPad 3 and kept coming back to this one. I am so glad I purchased it. The fit and finish is supurb, how it matches the back metallic finish of my iPad, the feeling of the keys, and the construction in general. I highly recommend this keyboard.

Best Keyboard for iPad
I almost never write reviews, but this is a great product. I was at a conference last week and it was perfect for taking notes, email, etc. I held off on getting a keyboard because all the ones I saw seemed big and clunky. This one is very thin but sturdy with good key action. I also like the magnets which put the iPad to sleep when you close it. I have people approach me every day asking me where I got it - no surprise they're sold out! Not cheap, but very nice product.
