works great except on minor problem

Works great and is very fast, except it does not reliably download news videos and I am working to solve problem. All other videos play fine. I have a ssd installed for hard drive which make drive access very fast

Built to Perfection

I had this computer custom built and it works perfect! I purchased the RAID 1 Mirror option and even that works perfect. Now I don't have to worry about system crashes and losing my hard hard and all of my data. The computer is also very quiet which I like a lot. In short, it's everything you could possibly want in a mid-size tower desktop. Great buy!

Excellent Bang for the buck

I did a lot of homework before buying, and found that this was this best bang for the buck especially when combined with the excellent after sale support I have gotten from this company in the past. I have had the machine for over a month now, and am very pleased with it.

Good deal- Did not cut any corners

The configure function was a little vague about some of the components, but in each case they did not cut corners and put in the better of the components they could have chosen. As an example, the hard drive didn;t specify what type would be included, but it was a name brand (Seagate) SATA3 (not 2) 7200RPM. Only downside- the case airflow is a little unusual, with a mount for a front exhaust fan but it seems like the airflow is largely blocked here. There are plenty of vents on the sides, though, and no overheating issues at all.

This is my second machine... I found it extremely reliable and fast..Love it..Will purchase another in a few years and will recommend this machine to all my family and friends... And tech support is A ONE!

One of the best systems I have owned

I have built my own computers for over 15 years using parts from this site I still have two of them, and they just work. This time, I decided to order a custom made system. What can I say? I am impressed! It was about the same price as what I could build myself, and I did not have to build it. How good is that?

My first time with Systemax

Have had this machine for about 2 weeks. Delivery time was much better than expected. So far, so good. Only problem I encountered was that the RealTech ethernet card (wired) has to be re-installed every time I shut down. Going to a wireless shortly. Otherwise I have no complaints-would highly recommend.

Good Buy Good Product

I have been using Systemax PCs for more than 20 years. They have been very good and reliable machines. This time I upgraded my own PC and 3 others for other family members. All have proven reliable and very good machines for gaming and multimedia applications. I will continue to upgrade my PCs every couple of years, with Systemax, . as the technology continues to improve.

ok if you can get a good deal

These are ok if you can get a good deal. My Main problems... NO front fan just a cpu and back fan 90 mm. Means high temps and not a good airflow I had to install my own front fan. The CPU is bad and very noisy unless you go into bois and turn down the fan. I had to replace the CPU coolor which means I might as well built a PC in the first place since you have to take out the mobo to install a decent one because there is no hole on the back to get to the back of the mobo. The case is cheap but looks better than those gaming cases. Still a good value.
