Very good choice.
Works quite well. The Windows 7 was already installed as advertised. Just removed my old XP box and put the Dell in its place. I wanted a Windows 7 PC to work with my Western Digital DX4000 Sentinel server. The Connect software installed immediately.

A great 2nd computer at a bargain price!
Wanted to run Windows 7 on my Mac so looked at all options. For less than the Mac Paraells Software and Windows 7 Home would have cost I got this refurbished PC with Windows 7 Professional pre-installed. YES, it is used but it performs like a new PC. I am able to run my WIndows apps with ease and it was a sick bargain. With a 90 day warranty you really can't go wrong. In a few years when this PC has run it's course I will we coming right back to Tigerdirect for another one. Thanks!

Great deal for the price
Purchased Oct 2012 for basic home use. Shipped promptly. Windows 7 was already installed and ran without any problems. Other software loaded without problems. In my opinion, it was a great deal for what I needed.

Upset
When this computer arrived it had several problems in the registry. I shouldnt have to deal with an issue like this. I too it to a local tech to have windows reloaded. I have purchased used computers from other companys and had no trouble.

Good product
I also got it delivered with the wrong OS. However I had absolutely no trouble getting in touch with Micro U.S. and getting the correct version delivered. The customer support person I talked too was friendly and helpful. I had the install disks in my hot little hands in two days.

Worth the money
We bought 3 of these used Dells and were able to put them to use without issue. They did not come loaded with Windows 7 as advertised. Instead they had Windows XP Pro. When I called them they directed me to the company from whom they purchased them. I got nowhere with them. Since most of our office is using XP I wasn't to concerned about it.

The computer i brought is great , the only problem i have is that i ordered windows 7 and not XP pro. i was sent XP pro.. not happy about that..

Excellent computer thus far!
I bought this computer as a quick replacement for one that didn't survive a power surge. The computer so far is as-advertised, fast, error free and arrived within LESS than 48 hours (even though I purchased 2-day shipping). I will definitely buy another from this company should the need arise.
