Actually this is PC-5300
The product listing says this is PC-5400 RAM. If you look at the packaging its PC-5300. Same memory, either will work.

Worked great
Just bought a pair for my 5 year old laptop and it gave some additional life to it. One of the chips did not seat well at first so it did not read the full memory, but after a quick adjustment it booted right up and my laptop is running like a charm. Well as good as a 5 year old laptop can do.

Not Compatible
Did not function in my 6 yr old Toshiba laptop even though memory configurator shows it. PNY apparently does not check compatibility with all circuit configurations. Replaced with Kingston modules which work fine!

Good deal
Bought this memory ( two 1 Gig modules ) for my Gateway laptop - it's about five years old and max supported memory is 2GB. They were very easy to install (fit perfectly) and laptop posted BIOS and booted up with no problems. Now I am running Windows 7 Ultimate with absolutely no issues and can browse online super fast. Before, with 512MB, Windows was painfully slow and stopped responding frequently. Now, it's like a new computer!! Would absolutely recommend PNY memory to anyone ESPECIALLY AT THIS PRICE!!

Well it worked!
Bought for the Lenovo Netbook and doubled my memory. Value......... It was the best price. Features...... It does all those things that memory does. Quality....... Well it worked Performance... Again, it worked Delivery was fast............ Check Install was easy............. Check Product Worked as expected... Check Can't say anything about service because I didn't have to call and talk to anyone... But otherwise what more can you ask for. :)
