be honest with reviews
I bought this phone 3 months before and its nothing but headache, loses the network connection frequently and i have to reboot the device at least twice a day. not a good experince and wil never recommend to anyone.

SIM Card will not work!
I tried to use my SIM card from Straight talk and it does not recognize it. It shows SIM? and flashes. Went to website and it had nothing for helping. I will send it back!

Not bad for the money
I knew up front that this phone didn't have data, and that was okay. At first, the phone worked fine, then would not recognize the SD memory card. I found lots of people on the net who had the same problem. I discovered that if you wedge a piece of paper between the memory card and the top of its slot, it forces the memory contacts to make contact with the memory card and now the memory card works perfectly! Now, my daughter-in-law has a fully functioning phone as advertised.

Enjoying this product
This phone works well for me as I only use it for text messages, phone calling, and photography. I like the features and am still learning how to use some of them. I like using the track ball better than the touch screen I had before. I have no complaints and I have had the phone for nearly a month.

Good value
Tested in Europe, Middle East and N. America with no problems. Great for texting and address book. Universal USB charger saves you money on extra chargers. It does not have WiFi. Internet and other features requires T-Mobile account. Good battery life. It takes sometime to reboot. Make sure to backup your address book, I lost it once. Bluetooth also works.
