Unlocked but not factory fresh
Yes it was unlocked but still had AT&T logos, apps, etc. I don't know if those will drop off with a full reboot so for now I will work around them. It serves as a low profile access to wifi for email in cafes and bars with an occasional SMS or phone call. It was just what I wanted although a little slow...

know your needs - excellent for non-surfers
Pro: good price, wifi, solid, small, good clarity, 3G, works with telus (note - i dont have a data plan), android, surprisingly usable keyboard Con: short battery life (daily charging), small screen makes surfing difficult. Great bang for the buck. Perfect for a basic user interested in calls and email, and a little bit extra. If you want a true smartphone that is good for web surfing, videos, music, its small screen & battery life will hamper you. I personally love it as im moving up from a basic call only cell

Not support Rogers 3G
A great phone for entry level Android fans. It has all Android to offer. The style is so much cute. My daughter just cannot live without it.

Good, but not great.
While this device IS android, the small screen size the dominant limitation. Apps feel claustrophobic, and web browsing is cumbersome and unstable. The camera quality was disappointing, and battery life is short (24-48 hours standby). I'd recommend any other phone with a larger screen size.

great phone
short battery time, but excellent phone overall. I change phones every 10 years or so, and therefore this is a big decision for me, and that's saying a lot.

Short battery life
It has great features and is just the right size. My girlfriend loves that part of it. On the other hand, the battery only lasts for less then an hour, even after charging it fully all the night before.
