waste of money, pay extra dollars & get quality
I bought this phone in Mid Aug 2012 which arrived in Sept 2012. The touch screen didn't work well. I wanted to put this review but thought the screen would be ok. But no!! It's been few days, the battery wouldn't charge now. I took out the battery & put in several times before charging... still it wouldn't charge. Waste of $70.00. With additional few dollars I would have got good one from the store... REGRET!!!!

Good starter phone
There are good & bad to this phone. I love the phone it self & the full keyboard. I like the touch screen feature too. The bad part is it does not do internet very good. It does not load any webpages & it eats the battery when using internet. The touch screen does not seem to last though & when I send text messages it does not load back to the main screen at times.

Would not buy this phone again
This is our first phone we have bought for texting, so we really wasn't sure what to look for. I do like the querty keyboard, but many times I have to touch the screen more than once to view my messages. I also have had it lock up on me. The users manual that came with it was for a flip phone and didn't apply to this phone. I don't feel it's user friendly for a newby to texting.

Great Product For The Money
This phone meets all our needs in a phone. Was looking for a phone with a keyboard for easy texting, this is excellent for that purpose. Doesn't have as good a signal at my home (poor signal area) as my last phone, otherwise a great product.

Works for Us
This was our second choice, since we couldn't afford smart phones. And so far I have been very pleased. We did have to return one phone because the touch screen wasn't working, but our second phone has worked great and is nicely responsive. The phone set up has some nice features. We don't browse the web much - but when we have, it is slow. Oh well. If you browse a lot you probably aren't looking at this phone. We like it. Works for us.

Great for the Price!
This phone was for my wife, but she really enjoys it and it works as advertised or better. I think for the price, you can't go wrong. She is using it on AT&T network--working just fine.

Worked out well
Bought 2 of these. One was DOA, but was exchanged , no problem. Inserted my phone provider SIM card and transferred my address book to the phone. Then it worked great for voice calls and SMS messaging.
