The 1495 Computer Case is molded of advanced ultra high impact copolymer resin, protects valuable laptop computers from handling abuse and all weather conditions. Almost indestructible! I'm using that case for sensible equipment (not for a laptop) and it is great! Quite heavy though, and would not recommend this case for simple laptop carrying... You must really NEED such a rugged case to appreciate it. |

It's basically explosion proof, but it's huge and has no features. The interior is only foam. No organizer or place for cables. It is a lot bigger than the picture portrays. If you like this item, you might want to check out P335-1022. It's the same, but externally smaller and has an organizer. |

I didn't actually purchase this case to use for a laptop. If you have something valueable and it absolutely must be protected, there are no better cases than Pelican. The Pick-n-Pluck foam is one of the greatest ideas ever. I was able to create a custom layout in the case for 4 items in about 15 minutes. One thing I should probably mention is that this case is probably heavier than just about any laptop bag/case out there. But how many other laptop cases can you jump on then submerge under water? |
