The computer is fine right out of the box, but the first thing I did as put a 120GB SSD in as my primary drive, added 8 more GB of RAM, upgraded the power supply to a 620W, added an LG Blu-ray player and a ZOTAC GeForce GT 640 ZT-60201-10L Video Card.

Just OK
The computer itself is OK... The problem is the optical drive. After only 2 weeks of use, it is noisy, the speed varies and sometimes it won't start at all. I would have to pay to ship the whole computer to Texas and be without it for 7-10 days to get optical drive fixed or replaced under warranty. That is not cost effective and certainly not customer friendly.

Great computer and a good price
I purchased this computer for $599. It was a great deal. Received it within the week and my son hooked it up for me. I use my wireless keyboard and wireless mouse which was a gift from last X-mas. It is fast and quiet. This is the first gateway I have owned and would recommend this computer as it serves all my purposes. A Great value, good quality and a fast performer. Thank you

Well constructed
I am not using the included keyboard and mouse, so no comment there. The PC itself runs great and is well constructed. The only complaint I can possibly think of is that the power light on the top edge is very bright. For some it might be a bit too bright..... that's being pretty picky!

Great PC
To get a i7 processor machine for $599 was deal of the day. This PC is FAST, FAST, FAST. It boots fast, does everything better than I hoped for. The spec sheet just said how many USB ports it had, never mentioned two of them were 3.0 so that was a nice surprise. I couldn't be happier with my new computer. Thanks guys for a great price on a great machine!

Gateway Ci7 Bundle
Recently received the system, loaded application software, notably SolidWorks and OrCAD, and have run all apps consecutively to see how quickly the system performs. Very quick! No reliability issues after 1 week of 8 hr daily work on it. Very pleased. Only issue I have is no documentation with the system. No specs on the motherboard, which I need to install PCIe video board. come on, how cheap can you get?
