Poorest router ever.
I purchased the E2500 hoping to extend our wi-fil range in home. It was terribly difficlut to set up the software and it never worked properly. No more Linksys products for me ever!

Great router for the price
The router installed easily and I was up and running quickly. If you are having trouble connecting to the internet with this or any router be sure to call your provider. My modem has a battery backup to it and unplugging it does not clear it. When installing a new router I have to call my provider and have them reset the modem before it will recognize the router.

small and unobtrusive.
So many choices--even among Linksys, and I don't know what all (subtle?) differences are. I had a dual antenna Linksys before that a lightning storm took out. This is the replacement and I'm completely happy with it.

Almost Perfect.
I agree that the range is not as great as other routers I have owned but....you don't need 'max signal' everywhere to operate... I'd wager its the price you pay for not having external antennas. We have a lot of devices operating in our home and work this router pretty hard...its never failed...2 years so far.
