The design of the laptop is very elegant. I saw a couple of reviews complain about the plastic case. I however, believe the design and construction rivals that of apple. It also comes with a OEM copy of XP. Very rare for most pc's nowadays. XP and the system drivers are the only software installed on this machine. This is either a pro or a con depending on your comfort level with computers. Battery life gives me about 3-4 hours of continual use. Pros:
widescreen great for movies,
great specs for the price,
no bloated software, Cons:
generates alot of heat,
no PCMCIA slot
Bottom Line: you find better laptops, but nothing beats this under the $1000 range.

I have been very impressed with this notebook considering that Westinghouse is not really known for their computers. This purchase was a risk not knowing much about its performance, other than the spec sheet listed here. My main issues with this notebook is its case and the fact that it is a tabletop notebook you won’t be keeping this in your lap for any length of time. Other than that it is an incredible deal for the money.

Great laptop for the money and well equipped. I only needed a laptop for light use and didn't want to spend much money on it. This fits the bill nicely. Does not look real durable, so I don't expect it to handle rough use well and got a case for it.

Good laptop for the money, $400 after rebate.
Pros: Inexpensive, good for students, or someone on a budget. X200 graphic, DDR2 RAM, DVD-RW DL, and widescreen.
Cons: Cheap material(can't get much for an
inexpensive lappy), gets hot, and noisy fan.

Shoooot folks, for $399.99 this it a fantastic purchase! Pros- Light, thin, fast, stylish, 3 USB ports, LOADED with features! Cons- No software for the burner (except windows media), processor fan is on the bottom, so you must be careful not to block the intake while on your lap, not of super durable construction (but not terrible) Shoot though, for $400 it functions superbly! I highly recommend!
