Works just fine!
It took me a little bit to figure out some of the features and I haven't had occasion to use the others. But what I have used works well. Works just fine with Windows 7. I do believe it faxes quicker than my previous modem.

Perfect problem-solver
Perfectly solves the problem of trying to make phone calls directly from your PC (via Outlook or any other software that interacts with a dialer,) a feature that has been lost in recent PCs that do not have an internal modem. Easy to set up. You can forget about the software, it is not necessary to do the job.

Perfect fo my needs
I use a wireless headset that does not have dialing capabilities. I used to always have to grab my regular phone, dial the number, turn on my headset and then hang up the regular phone. This modem plus windows' dialer.exe allows me to make the call from my PC without having to use the phone. The only thing I cannot do is navigate voice mail menus. There probably is a way with dialer, I've just not figured it out.

So far so good....
Was quite easy to install. Seems to work quite well but we have bad dial up here so can't expect super speed. Am not using the Fax or Voice so can't comment on them. Quality seems very good. I like the size and ease of connection much better than the other brands I've tried.
