Works just fine!
It took me a little bit to figure out some of the features and I haven't had occasion to use the others. But what I have used works well. Works just fine with Windows 7. I do believe it faxes quicker than my previous modem.

Perfect problem-solver
Perfectly solves the problem of trying to make phone calls directly from your PC (via Outlook or any other software that interacts with a dialer,) a feature that has been lost in recent PCs that do not have an internal modem. Easy to set up. You can forget about the software, it is not necessary to do the job.

Great Portable Modem
Setup was quick and easy, Installed on a notebook computer running Windows 8, no need to use the CD that came with it, Windows 8 installed all the drivers. So over all great modem for a notebook without a built in fax port.

Very good product
Everything worked fine with our Windows 7 laptop after we upgraded the modem driver by using another inetrnet connection.
