Quality product at a reasonable price
I have a seagate back up drive and this WD Passport. This passport is much quicker. I am very happy with it. I use it to store movies and pictures on. The Seagate has been reliable. I will continue to store documents on that. It is plug-n-play. I had no compatability issues. It's a back up drive. What can I say.?

Passport 2T portable drive
I purchased one because I save all my original documents on a drive. I saw this for sale for $139.00 for the 2T model. It is smaller than the Iomega drive or Signature Drives I have and costs less. It worked flawlessly and took less time to back up from a Signature drive to this one than Signature to Signature, probably because this is USB 3. I back up on a weekly basis. I am a lawyer and after scanning old files to backup drive, must backup the drive in case it fails. I currently have 6 mini drives. Passport is by far the smallest and has largest memory.

Missed the sale
Sorry I missed the one day sale at $79 but when they lowered it from $99 to $89 couldn't resist. Got it to match new computer with USB 3 ports. Working magnificently with space to consolidate 3 other externals.

Seagate 1.5TB
I've had my Seagate 1.5TB for better than a month now. With the USB3 it kicks it. I've used it on USB 2 as it is my tooling drive and I cannot complain about the speed of transfers from USB3 to USB2, but USB3 to USB3 is amazing.

Price
Is this the best you can do on the cost? Saying something is 31.99 dollars off is not a big deal when it can be had at a brick and mortar store for the same cost and NO shipping!

Simple, Cool, Portable
The HD I use with Laptops, Computers and on my TV. It works with all the new stuff seamlessly. The old computer I just had to load a driver (no biggie) to get it to work. One key importanct detail is that it should lay flat so the Hard Drive can work effortlessly. However it does work upsidedown and on its side.

It is so simple to use and performs just great! get 2 of them the price is very good and it so small you can put it in your pocket!
