Families today are facing the increased need to monitor and control their children's Internet activities when the parent is away from home. Now, with Sentry Remote Monitoring Software, parents can stay connected and be an active participant in their child's Internet experience without being in the room and looking over their child’s shoulder. With Sentry Remote, parents have the choice to monitor remotely via a web based interface or download our application called Sentry Remote Toolbar. Sentry Remote gives parents complete access and control over their child's computer from any other computer, without their knowledge.

The Need
Parents need the ability to monitor what their children are seeing and doing while using the computer and they must know who their children are talking with when they are instant messaging or go in chat rooms. Online sexual predators are dangerous and widespread throughout the Internet. Sentry Remote is a monitoring product that provides parents with an array of features to monitor, control and know exactly what their children are doing online and if needed, stop inappropriate activities from any computer. For added protection, we have added a feature that allows parents to shut off their child's computer using a cell phone. If a child is instant messaging with someone who asks them personal questions, the parent will receive an instant cell phone text message alerting them of this violation. The parent can select the "Lock" option within the text message and within seconds their child's computer will be locked.

Sentry Remote allows you to stay remotely connected to your child whether at work, or at home on another computer, or even away on vacation. You can access your child’s computer screen in real-time, using our new Remote TV feature, that allows parents to watch and view exactly what their children are doing online. Please note: Sentry Remote is not a filtering or blocking product. If you want to block and filter inappropriate content, we recommend our Sentry At Home product.
