OK modem, no voice
Works for fax, but doesn't record voice. Refers you to telco voicemail for messages. Included software is a 30 day trial, after which you would have to purchase (as if!). Wanted something to be an integrated answering machine on the PC, but this isn't it. It does send and receive fax, though, and it's cheap.

Great Product
This modem worked as well and better than I thought. Very easy to setup, software works great. Since new systems do not come with modems and some of us still need to get faxs in our business, ths was a quick and easy fix, thanks Andy for all your help.

I bought this bundle because it says it worked well with Vista 64. Caller ID dont works the sofeware is about as low as it can get! No tech support for it! Would I buy this Idem for a other PC or for some one NO. Its junk!

Modem works great-good price
modem speeds up my connection. The software isn't compatible with my ISP so can't use all the features.

Works fine
I needed a modem so I can fax from my computer and this one works fine. I didn't think that much of the software but I use it with Microsoft Fax and Scan with no problems.

very happy
my buddy bought an old office machine off the county and it was set for network only, no dial up. He can't get high speed inet where he's at and needed a standard old dial up modem. this was inexpensive, installed easily, works great, can't complain even if I wanted to.
