good product; works as advertised
Fits screen perfectly. You do not have to use the mounting strips at all. It fits in the frame of the LCD screen and lays flat against the screen. Makes it easy to put it on and take it off if you don't want it on your screen all the time. Prevents viewing from the side, but people directly behind you can still see what's on your screen.

it works
Good product and can be cut to size dispite what tech support says. The provided clips are mostly useless, fall off easily, but overall the screen adds a decent amount of non-direct privacy.

Works as advertised
It only blocks others' view of your screen from the left or right, not from the top or bottom. The side which blocks better is glossy and very reflective, which can make it difficult to see the screen. The filter is attached to the screen with clear plastic sticky tabs. They're not very much of an eyesore, but could be annoying, depending how nitpicky you are. Despite the criticism, I'm pleased with the product.

great product - easy to install
when I ordered, I was wondering how it would hold on my laptop. I was glad it was very easy without altering my laptop screen/cover. Working as advertised. Very happy.

Product Function Well
These privacy filters work well. I have been very pleased with two that I have purchased. I would like to see a more asthetic way of attaching them to laptops. You have this nice sleek surface, and then have these plastic tabs that stick on to hold them in place. They ruin the look. Today's laptops typically have very small frames around the screen, and many are sloped surfaces, or grooved, etc., and the stick on tabs do not work as well to keep the filter flat to the screen.

Got this as a present an i have to say that it dose what the ad says it will do. It keeps wondering eyes from watching my screen. It helps with glare an dimmed my screen a little to so this is product is worth the price.
