Sort of useless
Maybe it's OK for some computer setups,but on a Mac it won't work. There is no room for it in the drive slot. So it is basically useless. The only advantage is you get a 1TB drive for $99.

Don't just put your hard drive on a rubber hammock or some cheap grommets. Go all the way. Any product by this company is made with the highest care and quality assurance. Sintered fins on coolers are the very best, they dump heat.

Works
The only way to mount this cooler is on a hard drive that will be installed in an optical drive bay. There's also a front and rear orientation when attaching to the hard drive.

Not much to say.
I bought this thinking it would be something I needed but it won't fit in my coolermaster case. The product itself looks to be high quality and made to last. No moving parts so what can go wrong? I'm going to send mine back for refund.

COOLER??
Bought this a year ago for a new build. My 1TB hard drive has run between 36 and 37c for the last year. Always thought that was a little warm, so I removed the drive from the cooler, now the drive runs at a constant 30c. Don't wast your money on this.
