GREAT Value
For what I needed, I could not be happier. Fast processor, huge HD, and came with NOTHING but Win 7 Pro installed. NOOOOO bloatware. Try to find a new out of the box computer that you can say that about!!!! Only detriment at all was dealing with the dozens of windows updates that you always have to do when starting up a new computer. But, again, that is a fact of life with any computer you buy and it only involves a couple of hours. One other thing - you absolutely cannot beat Tigerdirect's support. They are there for you!

not to bad
I bought this cpu because my old on crashed, when I got it, it had to do the usual 300 updates, most of the drivers were out of date and, now after a couple months the dvd+r drive isn't working right,

I am not sure whether I made the right decision ..
I bought this PC for simple email and WEB browsing tasks. I wanted a 32bit operating system because I have a number of old programs that I would like continue using. The computer arrived defective, but the service was good (bad RAM module and possibly hard drive). Two weeks turnaround time to get it fixed. Had also a sticky m on the keyboard, but that seems to gradually disappear with use. Also, it turned out that the video display interface does not support the PC input of my HD TV (I am using this as a monitor), so I have to use 1024-768 resolution. Maybe I add a new video card. In summary, maybe for a little more money, I could have bought a new PC, and use XP emulation for the 32-bit applications. Other than the above, the PC runs good and quiet.

Good Bang for the Buck
I bought this computer to replace my 5-year-old WinXP desktop. It arrived with a dead battery on the motherboard, which didn't stop me from setting up and using the computer, but the computer wouldn't keep time properly. I placed a call for warranty service, and they shipped a replacement battery overnight, which I was able to install myself without any difficulty. Problem solved! It's been running fine ever since. I'm happy!

Nice setup
The specs on this system are great. The only problem i have is it doesn't have a 64 bit version of windows. Other than that this system runs perfectly.

Worked great for a while!!!!!!
