Good, not great unit
I am an IT Analyst. I no longer have time to build my PC. I was looking for SMALL Win7 Pro machine. I had a USB optical drive for my notebook so no problem there. I am quite happy in the few days I owned it. For 18 bucks I added the 4 Gig chip. It runs well Video is limited but I do not play games so np. I surf pay bills and read email fine for that

Great media center PC for the money
I ordered this thinking that I would have to buy another hard drive and more ram to make it worthwhile. However, it is doing well on Hulu and Netflix, and with video files (although not ALWAYS perfectly). I keep coming up with more uses for it too: a shared network hard drive for all our computers. Another idea is to have a one player game, e.g. Monkey Island, and turn it into two-player if everyone remote-desktops into the computer. In the future I will see if it records TV well because it came with an antenna.
