Great Value
This processor is very efficient. 45W on a quad core, a couple years old too! Amazing, stays so cool and quiet on stock heatsink and fan even. Perfect for a home server, home theater PC, or even your full time desktop, because it has plenty of power for productivity. This 2.7Ghz 45W quad core replaces a 2.6Ghz 45W dual core, and I thought that was speedy and efficient :) For the power draw and price, it has great performance. Perfect to update your few year old PCs.

Amazing CPU with Awesome Speed
I upgraded from a 2.7 Ghz dual core to this 2.6 ghz quad core cpu and it's very fast. I am very happy with the quality. My windows index score went from a 6.3 to a 7.2 which is awesome from 1.0 to 7.9 index score. If you are wanting to upgrade your cpu then this is perfect for AM3 cpu at 45 watt. I have a EMachines ET1331G-03W Athlon II X2 2.7 GHz. So it upgraded my old Emachines to a quad core. If you are looking to upgrade your desktop then this is a great cpu for a good price. I recommend it 100%.
