I like them
they work just fine for me, yes it's true that high levels of sound it does get hard to hear but that doesn't deterr me from actually having a good pair of speakers that actually lets me hear music or the sound of my games

They distort the sound terribly at any volume, and at high volumes are nearly unintellible

Depends on what you are looking for!
These speakers are inexpensive. Its what I was looking for. These speakers are small. It is what I was looking for. These are USB powered so do not require separate power connection. A real plus to me, and portable and what I was looking for. These are not gaming speakers or high-volume music speakers, but just fine for the office or on the go. What I was looking for. Think I will get more.

Don't buy these speakers!
I bought these speakers because of their form factor - expecting little, considering the minimal price. But they distort terribly regardless of the audio level, so they're useless. You're better off buying the Logitech Z110 Portable Stereo Speakers at $9.89.
