Nuvi 50LM Good But!
A good value and the screen is easy to read. The biggest issue is the alleged 5 million points of interest. Found the data base to be out of date, many restaurants listed in the local area either out of business for several years or not listed and in business for several years. Not very reliable info on the POI.

On Target On Time
Started and updated without any problems. I'll get used to the display of every street name. I've tried it out but haven't gone anywhere. I'm hoping for the best!

A must for the unknown.
I drive for a living & when I found out how well one of these units did, I had to get one of my own. It is great & there is no more geting lost or having to stop for directions. Well worth the money for what all it does.

Great Deal
Great GPS, works perfectly charged it up, registered it online, updated the software and maps, downloaded the manual, put it in my car and driving happily everafter.

Lifetime Maps!
This Nuvi is a step up from my Nuvi 255. This one has lifetime maps and a bigger screen. There was no learning curve for me since most features were very similar if not the same as my 255. The screen size and lifetime maps were the reason for upgrading and well worth it. Never had any problems with either Nuvi. I feel they are well worth the money and made to last!

Works great in the helicopter
I purchased this for the automible as the old one died. It gets me were I am going in the car but, in the off road mode, it work great for my local air travel although it doesn't give all the loacal airport info. It is easy to use. I am pleased and would recomend this product.

Refurb Just Like New
I was concerned about getting a refurb unit, but it looks and performs just like a brand new unit and with a year warranty which beats any offering I found on the web. As for features, its got more than I'd ever use in real time driving. The more expensive models seem overly complex with no advantage in graphics visibility or voice quality. The online instructions are comprehensive and easy to navigate but this unit is pretty intuitive without needing instructions to start using.
