Did not work
As for this particular purchase, when it came it did not work. Period. It seemed like a great machine but the keyboard would not respond at all. Contacted Lenovo support and got routed around and finally got to someone who had me attempt to reload the drivers and when it still didn't work it then had to be returned. I knew this was a refurbished machine but they should at least verify that the unit is now working before sending it out the door. Very disappointed at Lenovo on this one.

Best Ever!!!!
This laptop is amazing. I have tested its ability to play games it took all of them no problem. This laptop has everything you need unless you a big time gamer. I had an order problem (im shure this is rare) and was taken care of NO hassle by their staff AMAZING customer service. Look no further its the best you will get!
