The price was affordable for me, great game to kill time, and make money at the same time by selling Legendary items.

This game seems fun until you realize that the story is about 3 hours long and you have to do it over and over and over and over....

A decent addition to the series, but definitely not as mind-blowing as Diablo 2. The overall story was decent, but the game was a bit of a breeze. Boss designs were cool, but few of the boss fights were even remotely difficult on the normal difficulty. Items were pretty worthless for the most part, but the process of offloading them was rather simple. The characters were somewhat interesting, but overall there just felt like there was something missing. The game doesn't quite take it to the level it could have.

Poor follow up to a great game

This game showed a ton of promise but the overall implementation was horrible. The story is very bland, the servers are laggy and still have issues. The game turns into a farming game with little incentive to continue. 99% of the drops are useless and crafting items is a joke. So that Blizzard gets their cut, the auction house is where everything ends up. It costs more to craft an item (of which 99% are useless) than to buy a good one on the AH. Still no PvP, all you do is run the same farming circles over and over again and hope for a drop that is worth more than a toothpick.

Blizzard Could Have Done Better

As far as gameplay and plot, the game is great.However, the launch and release of this game was very poorly done. Blizzard is constantly finding bugs and errors with the game and is constantly making patches. Blizzard really needs to shape up for this game.

Great Game - but why on-line?

I have been anticipating the release of D3 for a long time. When I finally got it I was pleased with the game play. Did they get everything right? No. But it incredible game play with good ( not great) graphics. Character development is interesting and variable. But in the end it is all about releasing your inner barbarian after a tough worjpk day. I am not happy that you always have to be on-line to play. If in an area with no wifi you are out of luck.
