Great product
Worked very well to extract all the data from a failed HP laptop. Now used for periodic backup. Easy to use. The little screws for assembly come in a tiny plastic envelope that is hard to find at first.

Works great so far
I pulled the hard drive from a failed HP laptop. Had to remove a HP adapter from the plug in end and bend two holdown screw tabs. The hard drive then went in snuggly and worked just fine. Once my files were saved I erased them and now have a great portable back up hard drive.

Worked Great!
My laptop hard drive stopped working and I was concerned that I had lost my itunes and pictures. I had some pics backed up but I did not want to have to reload 100 plus CD's into my itunes account. I ordered this enclosure, hooked it up, and there were my files! I transferred them to my new hard drive and I now have a back up in this. Worked great!

Worked great for 2 days then quit
Hook up was fairly easy, but failed after 2 days, most disappointing. Ended up buying a more expensive one on another web site.

Activity light is great
Works fine but the rubber cover is a dust catcher. I switch drives frequently so the cover is a nuisance. Would be O.K. for someone who does not switch drives. Activity light is the best feature.

Awsome!!!!
This Portable Hard Drive Enclosure works great!! My Laptop has 2 hard drives one day I turn on my Laptop it it died on me with all my information and documents, I bought this Portable Hard Drive Enclosure and its amazing how I was able to retrive all my documents. So I saved hundreds of dollars because a proffesional tech is expensive when it comes to having your documents saved from a hard drive.

USB 2.0 Portable Hard Drive Enclosure
Easy to assymble - 4 screws - plugged my SSD into this external case and then USD into my laptop. Now I have a portable 120GB flash drive. Would buy again if I need another hard drive case

works great!!
OK, OK my only issue with this drive cover is the rubber holding everything together seems to be a little on the soft side which might ware a bit fast BUT only had the drive cover a day and every thing works great!! would buy another one for sure! laptop Sata drive plugged in great! case went together real fast was able to be up and running in no time at all!!
