Not Refurbished
This arrived not working. When I openned the case it was full of dust balls. It was not cleaned or checked for defects.If the guy that delivered it did want the shipping box I could of sent it back.

GREAT PC FOR THE MONEY
i purchased a Dell Optiplex RB-745PD2800LP Refurbished Desktop PC. the delivery was super fast, and come in good shape. the unit fired right up and as i set it up i found the dvd would not eject. i contacted US MICRO CORP in Georgia and told them the problem. the operator that handled the call was very helpful. he said he would ship out a replacement that day. 2 days later i received the dvd player. installation was simple and fast.
