This card at this price is just too hard to beat. I fiddled with a Diamond and a Turtle Beach but ran into buggy software. This card went in tough. Had to go to Auzentech on line and play around with the serial number entry to get the latest drivers. I have Vista...oh well. Ayways, the card sounds unbelievable with movies or music. Have a set of Logitech X-540's and they rock the room and the bass can rock the house. Was auditioning an SRS audio enhancer program but uninstalled after hearing this card. No need for improvement. Buy it now..it is not going to be made any more but Auzentech will be supporting it at their web site.

Love it! It has restored my Dell PC to full sound capabilities after upgrading to Vista Home Premium when the integrated SigmaTel was no longer fully supported using Vista. Highly recommended for users moving to Vista on machines about a year old anyway. Thanks!

I switched from using a creative product to this one and I am very impressed with the sound and quality of this card. I have it running off vista with no problems. I disabled the onboard sound drivers and installed this one with no problems. the card is providing signal to my Yamaha home system and it sounds great! All my music was recorded using windows lossless and it sounds great. Buy this card.

I purchased and install this sound card on an XP Pro machine and linked it via TOS Link fiber to my receiver. I must say I am impressed, it really jams. Good quality, lot of tweaks for sound options. Only thing I have noticed so far and it could just be a setting I haven't found yet, is when I enable DTS or Dolby live it turns off my sub woofer. Not the power of couse, it just doesn't respond to any bass signals. If I set it to play 44.1Khz the it plays in surround and the sub responds nicely. Could be the age of my receiver though it is a Dolby digital and DTS receiver. All in all I would recommend this card to anyone looking for the high tech sound answer not embedded on a motherboard

Just put this into my PC, and it sounds great. There apparently are some issues with some people trying to install this card on a Windows Vista system, but I'm running Vista RTM and after just a little bit of hastle, it installed fine (I think the problems where due more to my old card's drivers interfering than the OS or new card). Sounds great from any audio source, and the DTS and Dolby Digital encoding sound awesome, regardless of source. MP3s sound MUCH better and fuller and games sound bounds ahead better.
