Great value if you need a board

I paid $30 on sale for this board to match an X4 945. I immediately flashed to the latest BIOS without issue. Considering it's low price it has a few options for manually overclocking cpu, ram, setting fan speeds etc. which I was surprised. When installing it felt cheap compared to an Extreme3 I installed recently. The Extreme3 could also quick boot in 10-12 seconds where this takes 30 due to AHCI scans and hardware monitor display which I cannot seem to disable. Regardless, for my media center it is perfect and for the money it's even better. Only cons, as I transfer lots of movies I wish it had SATA3 and possibly USB 3.0.

Average AM3 socket MB

MB bundled with AMD Athlon II X4 640 CPU. Fair to good combo for the price, but not outstanding. Would be OK for a Kids gaming machine or low end home computer.

Weird bugs on first few reboots.

Weird bugs (sound device and network device not showing up in PCI enumeration) on first few reboots. They seemed to correct themselves after that with no clue of what really happened. At the end everything worked fine.

No Problems

Bought as part of a package and works fine. Not many features but fine for what I need and I'm happy with the overall price. Easy to install even for a noob. Great delivery service as always.

tough, nice temp monitoring feature

bought as part of package, survived a power supply failure; easy to install. Features are commensuate with cost.temp reporting feature helps track CPU temp.

Good budget MoBo, but documentation is lacking

The board itself is fine if you don't need any bells and whistles. The problem is with the documentation. The BIOS provided and the documentation are different versions. Worse, I can't even tell which one is the newer one. The tools provided only support Windows, so if you run a different OS, you may want to consider an alternative

A lot better than expected

Bought this as part of a super-cheap barebones and apart from the lack of extra slots, it was a steal. Pretty small, so some graphics cards might be a problem to fit, but for a stripper, day to day, non-gaming machine, it was a pretty solid board. Glad I bought 2 of the barebones now.

Gets the Job Done

I got this board as part of a bare-bones kit. I needed to stick to a budget. The board has worked well so far. (1-Month). I don't run anything to tax it so the performance is good enough for me. Being a micro ATX it is quite small.

Works great, esp for the price

The mother board works great. Not a lot of pci slots so not much expansion, but with 8GB of RAM and Windows 7, my computer is working as expected.

Decent board

What can I say? It gets the job done. However, it IS a micro atx board, so it doesn't have many features. There's only one case fan port, and then the usual cpu cooler port. I had to get an adapter to plug my second case fan straight into my power supply, and the board itself seems to get a bit warm, but it still runs well. It gets the job done for a simple build, basically.
