Woth the exta few $ to go with the Hybrid
Worth the exta few $ to go with the Hybrid technology, think it was $15 more than a standard HDD. I'd estimate about a 25% performance boost over the old 5400rpm. The jump to 7200 rpm probably acconted for probably 10% of the gain, but the Hybrid SSD, gave it at least a 15% boost. Plus they say it gets faster once it learn your common usage patterns. I would highly recommend it especially for a laptop

Fitted and worked perfectly
I used this hard drive to replace a Hitachi hard drive that fried 3 months after purchase but this one works great thanks and great price to.. put in a H.P laptop

Fits RIght In
First attempt at replacing hard drive. Very easy process and this HD plugged right in and was an excellent value, as it runs much faster and seems more stable that the previous 5200 rpm disk that came with this computer. Everything loaded right back up much quicker than original boot-up.

Advertised correctly
The ad stated 7,000 rpm -- in use now for a month and it clearly is faster than the 5,000rpm unit I had replaced.
