this was my first laser mouse and what an improvement over the optical. my roommate has the gaming version and i think this one is more sensible for the light gamer, computer user. |

A perfect mouse for the price, but for $10 more you should get the logitech mx518. mx518 has another button, better hand support, and two sensitivity buttons. This is OK, the mx518 is a GOD for $40. |

It stopped working after a few minutes. Downloaded the driver from logitech - worked for about a minute, then stopped and asked me if I want to download an update. After installing the update still not working. That's the first mouse in my life that I have trouble with. |

Works like it says it does. It's a laser mouse, so it's really sensitive, but you can fix that in the control panel if you want. As others suggested, you're better off without installing the software that comes with. The shape is what put me off from this mouse - Maybe my hands are too big though. The PS/2 adapter that came with was a nice addition. One more thing - clicking with the scroll wheel is just inconvenient. Maybe I'll give this one as a Christmas Present. |

A quality mouse for a good price. It was easy to setup and use. Though I highly suggest that you do NOT use this mouse for any serious FPS shooters. The sensitivity isn't always accurate and if you're use to a ''normal'' shaped mouse the MX400 is extremely difficult to get use to. I actually went back to my old broken mouse for gaming... |
